The Contest consists of a practice period ("Practice Period"), seventeen (17) daily entry periods (each a "Daily Entry Period") and a tournament period ("Tournament Period"). The Practice Period begins on July 3, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 7, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Each day, beginning on July 8, 2009 (except for July 13, 2009 and July 20, 2009, during which there will be no entries and no prizes), comprises a Daily Entry Period beginning at 3:00 a.m. ET and ending at 2:59 a.m. ET. The Tournament Period opens July 7, 2009 at 3:00 a.m. ET and closes July 26, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Stats Inc.'s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

5. How to Enter: During the Contest Period, visit www.versus.com/tdffantasy and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you have registered, follow the directions to join a public or private league and select fifteen (15) Tour de France riders for your fantasy team. Choosing either a public or private league will not influence your chances of winning. You team salary must not exceed $500. Participants will only be able to make changes to the fifteen (15) riders on their teams during the Practice Period. Participants who enter after the Practice Period will not be able to make changes to their team once they have selected their fifteen (15) riders. After selecting your team, you can select a starting lineup of nine (9) riders for the next day. Each day a rider from your starting lineup places within the top fifteen (15) riders for the day, or is identified as the overall leader, best climber, or best sprinter, you will receive points ("Points"). The number of Points you receive for each rider will be detailed www.versus.com/fantasypoints. You may change your starting lineup of nine (9) riders each day, or leave it the same throughout the Contest Period. Only starting lineups changed at or before 2:59 a.m. ET each day will be realized the next day; changes to a lineup received after 2:59 a.m. ET on a given day will not be realized until two (2) days following the date the changes were made.

Limit: Each entrant may create one (1) fantasy team during the Contest Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) team by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other method will void that entrant's team and he/she will be disqualified from further participation in the Contest. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected teams, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any team, the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

6. Winner Determination: The entrant that receives the highest Point total during the Practice Period will be the potential Practice Prize winner; the entrants who receive the three (3) highest Point totals during the Tournament Period will be the potential Grand, First and Second Prize winners respectively; and the entrants who receive the highest Point totals during each Daily Entry Period will be the respective potential Daily Prize winners. In the event of a tie for the Practice, Grand, First, or Second Prize, the entrant who received the highest Point total on the last day of the Practice or Tournament Period respectively, will be deemed the winner from among the tied entrants. In the event that there still remains a tie for the Grand, First, or Second Prize, the entrant who received the highest Point total on the second to last day of the Contest Period, will be deemed the winner from among the remaining tied entrants. This process will be repeated until a potential Grand, First, or Second Prize winner has been determined. In the event of a tie for a Daily Prize, the entrant who had the highest-scoring individual fantasy cycling team member on his or her starting lineup for that day will be deemed the potential Daily Prize winner. In the event that there remains a tie for a Daily Prize, the entrant who had the next highest-scoring fantasy cycling team member on his or her starting lineup will be deemed the winner. This process will be repeated until a potential Daily Prize winner has been determined. If there still remains a tie, the daily scores from the day prior to the tied stage will be compared and the entrant with the higher score will win. For example, if there is a tie on 7/19/09, Sponsor will compare 7/18/09 scores among the tied entrants, and if there is still a tie, compare 7/17/09 scores and so on.

7. Winner Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone on or around August 18, 2009. Both the potential Grand and First Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute and return to Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit") in order to claim his/her prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be determined based on the entrant's Point totals. Only three (3) alternate winners will be determined, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, Entry and/or prize information in connection with the Contest, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
