6. Winner Determination: The entrant that receives the highest Point total during the Practice Period will be the potential Practice Prize winner; the entrants who receive the three (3) highest Point totals during the Tournament Period will be the potential Grand, First and Second Prize winners respectively; and the entrants who receive the highest Point totals during each Daily Entry Period will be the respective potential Daily Prize winners. In the event of a tie for the Practice, Grand, First, or Second Prize, the entrant who received the highest Point total on the last day of the Practice or Tournament Period respectively, will be deemed the winner from among the tied entrants. In the event that there still remains a tie for the Grand, First, or Second Prize, the entrant who received the highest Point total on the second to last day of the Contest Period, will be deemed the winner from among the remaining tied entrants. This process will be repeated until a potential Grand, First, or Second Prize winner has been determined. In the event of a tie for a Daily Prize, the entrant who had the highest-scoring individual fantasy cycling team member on his or her starting lineup for that day will be deemed the potential Daily Prize winner. In the event that there remains a tie for a Daily Prize, the entrant who had the next highest-scoring fantasy cycling team member on his or her starting lineup will be deemed the winner. This process will be repeated until a potential Daily Prize winner has been determined. If there still remains a tie, the daily scores from the day prior to the tied stage will be compared and the entrant with the higher score will win. For example, if there is a tie on 7/19/09, Sponsor will compare 7/18/09 scores among the tied entrants, and if there is still a tie, compare 7/17/09 scores and so on.
7. Winner Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone on or around August 18, 2009. Both the potential Grand and First Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute and return to Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit") in order to claim his/her prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be determined based on the entrant's Point totals. Only three (3) alternate winners will be determined, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, Entry and/or prize information in connection with the Contest, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
